Smart Choice Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hands-on Field Operations and Cleaning Support Specialist. This is a varied role for someone who likes to stay busy and doesn't mind wearing many hats. A company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and drop off supplies between our locations
• Maintain the warehouse
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed
• Assist our carpet technician on larger jobs
• Fill in on residential or commercial cleaning jobs when needed (covering call-offs)
• Perform routine site inspections at commercial accounts
• Oversee company vehicle upkeep: schedule oil changes, inspections, registration/tag renewals, and coordinate drop-off/pickup for service

Requirements:

• Some prior cleaning experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy
• Flexible and comfortable with varied day-to-day tasks
