Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to promote open communication.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment decisions.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Conduct therapy sessions using various modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
\n
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional specialists when appropriate.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and supervision, focusing on contemporary issues in mental health.
\n
• Document clinical sessions and maintain accurate and confidential patient records using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid Washington state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with demonstrated abilities in motivation and engagement of clients.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.

• Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices for addressing substance use issues and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
