Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Compassion Core Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational issues in a safe and supportive environment.

• Specializing in family dynamics, you will assist clients with a variety of challenges such as:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical and Psychological Abuse
\n
• Grief and Loss Issues
\n
• Conflict Resolution Among Family Members
\n
• Job Stress and Medical Issues
\n
• Blended Families and Remarriage
\n
• Separation, Divorce, and its adjustments
\n
• Mother/Daughter Conflicts
\n
• Enhancing Communication Skills
\n
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans and maintaining detailed client records using our state-of-the-art digital record-keeping systems.

• Regularly assessing progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily include adults, children, and adolescents, encompassing a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. You will engage with clients seeking to navigate complex family relationships and personal challenges, fostering an environment of trust and support for effective healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A valid and active Maryland state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
