What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is seeking a Senior Manager, Channel Marketing to lead the development and execution of global partner marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue through distributors, resellers, and strategic partners. This role is responsible for scaling and optimizing the channel marketing function, developing partner programs and go-to-market initiatives, managing partner investments and engagement strategies, and establishing measurement practices that improve business performance. The successful candidate will work closely with Channel Sales, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams to increase partner participation, drive demand generation, and expand revenue opportunities across the partner ecosystem. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution and will help shape the future direction of ChargePoint's channel marketing efforts.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Lead the development and execution of partner marketing programs that support partner, pipeline, and revenue growth objectives.
• Develop and manage partner segmentation, tiering, MDF programs, incentives, investment criteria, and program benefits.
• Create scalable go-to-market and demand generation initiatives that enable distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to build pipeline and generate revenue.
• Establish and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate partner marketing performance, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and return on investment.
• Develop partner-facing campaigns, content, tools, and enablement resources that support effective marketing and selling of ChargePoint solutions.
• Use performance insights and data analysis to optimize programs, improve partner engagement, and increase program effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams to drive program adoption and execution globally.
• Provide leadership and direction for channel marketing initiatives and support the growth of the function as the partner ecosystem expands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Significant experience in channel, partner, or ecosystem marketing.
• Experience building, scaling, or enhancing partner marketing programs.
• Deep understanding of distributor, reseller, and indirect go-to-market models.
• Demonstrated success developing partner marketing programs that contribute to measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience developing MDF programs, partner incentives, tiering frameworks, and partner investment strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams in a global environment.
• Experience establishing KPIs, performance measurement systems, and reporting frameworks for partner marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and operational leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in EV charging, energy, electrical infrastructure, technology, or other complex B2B markets.

Location

US Remote

The base salary range for this role is $152,173 – $201,250 per year. In addition, this position is eligible for annual merit-based RSU grants. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off; parental leave; life and disability insurance; and wellness resources.

Compensation may be adjusted based on work location.
