Human Resources Specialist

Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Pay Range: $22 - $24 Position Overview We are seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist with experience supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle and handling HR-related inquiries in a shared services environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Workday, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle events including onboarding, benefits administration, I-9 processing, and offboarding. Key Responsibilities Respond to HR-related employee and manager inquiries through the employee portal. Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle. Process and resolve HR requests accurately and efficiently. Maintain and improve HR knowledge base content. Identify process improvements and elevate compliance-related concerns. Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams. Provide insights to improve HR processes, tools, and policies. Must-Have Qualifications Experience with Workday and/or other HRIS platforms. Experience supporting employee lifecycle events . Strong knowledge of: Benefits Administration Employee Onboarding I-9 Processing Employee Offboarding Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and work independently. Nice-to-Have Broad end-to-end HR operations knowledge. Shared Services or HR Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
