Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team in Los Angeles or San Diego, CA. Duties Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs. Assist in trial preparation and actively participate in contested hearings and trials. Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to senior attorneys. Collaborate with legal teams on case strategy and client communications. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex litigation matters. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Experience in class action litigation is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the state bar. Skills Strong drafting and legal writing abilities. Exceptional research and analytical skills. Ability to manage discovery processes efficiently. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
