We are located on 313 Dousman St in downtown Green Bay. Our ideal candidate is a positive, pun-loving self-starter, humble, hungry and smart with people.

Responsibilities

Providing overall leadership, training and quality control of food operations.
Oversight of procurement, preparation, and services of food.
Versatile knowledge of HACCP and FIFO methods.
Inventory, Cost and Labor control with accurate record keeping and compliance.
Menu Planning, utilization of in-house foods.
Ensure safe food handling and sanitary food stations.
Create a high level of professional communication with staff and management.
Must not be a jerk while cooking salmon or other such foodstuffs

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, food storage, food preparation, safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to laugh and enjoy cooking while creating a fun culture in the kitchen
