• Operate multiple production machines while monitoring cycle times and workflow.
• Load and unload metal components into machine fixtures safely and accurately.
• Use hand tools and torque wrenches to secure fixtures before machine operation.
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and measuring tools throughout production.
• Record production results and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Minimum of 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple machines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
• Experience using hand tools, wrenches, and basic measuring equipment.
• Dependable work history with strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills.

• CNC machine operation experience is highly preferred.
• Experience using gauges, calipers, or other precision measuring tools.
• Previous production, assembly, or general manufacturing experience.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
• Desire to learn CNC machining and expand technical manufacturing skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
