Deliver attentive, one‑on‑one support to patients and families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding. Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the care journey. Accurately monitor and document vital signs. Administer physician‑ordered medications and treatments. Educate patients and families on care techniques and symptom management. Track and communicate changes in patient condition for timely responses. Maintain detailed clinical notes to reflect patient progress and quality of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Perform additional support duties as part of a mission‑driven team. What You’ll Bring A heart for hospice care and commitment to exceptional service. A valid Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state of employment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Current CPR certification.
