Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.50 - $55.25 / hour. This estimate represents the typical wage range for candidates hired. Salary depends on experience, skills, and comparison to other employees in the role. The typical candidate is hired below the midpoint of the range. Job Summary The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner. Teach patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, status, treatment plan, medications, and possible side effects; translate complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding. Advise patients, families, and caregivers on non‑medicinal follow‑up measures such as healthy diet, exercise, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes; prepare patients and families for future self‑management. Manage evidence‑based practices and continuous process‑improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality measures and enhance the exceptional care provided to patients. Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes and supports recovery, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 6 months of ICU experience (desired).
