Vice President Of OperationsLegacy Management has been retained to lead a confidential search for a Vice President of Operations on behalf of a growing, multi-service operations organization in Washington, DC. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operations executive who can help scale the business, strengthen operational discipline, and drive performance across multiple service lines.The Vice President of Operations will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of service lines, including parking, transportation, facilities management, janitorial services, and security services. This role is designed for a hands-on, strategic leader who can bring structure, accountability, systems improvement, and scalable processes to a growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations across multiple service lines and business unitsOversee multi-site performance, operational standards, SOPs, and service qualityManage P&L performance, budgeting, cost controls, financial reviews, and KPI reportingPartner with senior leadership to improve profitability, systems, technology adoption, and operating disciplineServe as a senior escalation point for clients and key stakeholdersLead, develop, and hold accountable department and business-line leadersSupport growth initiatives, service expansion, and client relationship developmentPreserve a family-oriented culture while strengthening expectations around performance, deadlines, and accountabilityIdeal Candidate Profile10+ years of senior operations leadership experienceCurrent or recent experience in a VP, AVP, Senior Director, or Director-level roleStrong multi-site, multi-service operational leadership backgroundDemonstrated P&L ownership and financial acumenExperience in facilities, janitorial, and security or related service industriesProven ability to build structure, systems, accountability, and scalable processes in a growing organizationStrong client-facing, stakeholder management, and business development support skillsLeadership style that is collaborative, transparent, friendly but firm, and lead-by-exampleExperience in larger or more corporate operating environments is preferred
