We’re seeking a Senior HR Director to join the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the VP Finance. This is a fully onsite leadership role with 4 direct reports, responsible for shaping and delivering the HR strategy across the business. This is a heavily hands-on role, as Senior HR Director you will balance strategic planning with operational execution, ensuring HR supports commercial objectives while reinforcing a culture built on trust, teamwork and continuous improvement.

You’ll be responsible for
• Developing and executing HR strategy aligned to business growth objectives
• Leading talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession strategy
• Driving learning and development and organisational development initiatives
• Championing employee engagement and culture aligned to core values
• Leading and mentoring a team of 4 HR professionals
• Advising senior leaders on workforce planning, performance and compliance
• Supporting change management initiatives across the organisation
You’ll need
• Minimum 7 years senior HR leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and strategic workforce planning
• Experience across talent management, L and D and organisational development
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams
• Experience supporting B2B organisations preferred
• SHRM certification preferred
• A proactive, hands on leadership style with commercial awareness
Location
This is a full time, onsite position based at the company headquarters in Wisconsin. Standard business hours apply with minimal travel requirements.
