Staff Accountant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. About the Role Responsibilities Perform full-cycle accounting responsibilities Complete bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations Manage and support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Assist with month-end close process Payroll Light HR and Onboarding Prepare and analyze financial statements Maintain and review balance sheet accounts Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial data Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and report financial information Partner with leadership on financial insights and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience Required Skills Strong experience with: Bank & credit card reconciliations Month-end close Financial statement preparation AR/AP processes Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Desire to grow into an Assistant Controller or Controller role High attention to detail and accountability Preferred Skills Experience in home services, construction, or field service industries is a plus Pay range and compensation package $75,000 $80,0000+ Bonus protentional opportunity, Full Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
