Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• 36 hours/week
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Qualifications:

• RN, with active state licensure
• At least 3 years of inpatient surgery nursing experience
• Level 1 trauma and trauma surgery experience required
• BLS certification
• Proficient in at least 5 operating room service lines
• Demonstrates excellent communication, adaptability, and a positive outlook

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of challenging surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and support teams in a fast-paced trauma environment
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques
• Deliver compassionate perioperative care in high-pressure situations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
