RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery

• Supervise and mentor staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized care for each resident

• Monitor and report on resident progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatments

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of New York

• Must have prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in long-term care or sub-acute settings

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
