TheraPeds Partners is a Colorado‑based, therapist‑owned organization that partners with local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to PreK‑12 students nationwide. Job Overview This full‑time or part‑time on‑site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serves a school located in Aurora, CO. The SLP will provide therapy services, conduct evaluations, develop IEP plans, assess progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Job Details Full‑time or part‑time opportunities available School‑year assignment for 2026‑2027 (August to May/June) Caseload serving students from PreK through Grade 12 Duties include therapy services, evaluations, consultations, and case management responsibilities Guaranteed compensation for direct service, documentation, planning, and administrative time In‑person, on‑site position Reasonable caseloads designed to support student success Ongoing guidance from both the partnering district and the TheraPeds Partners team Competitive hourly pay of $65‑$80 Qualifications Master’s or PhD degree from a Speech‑Language Pathology program State License as Speech‑Language Pathologist Department of Education Licensure as a SLP National License: ASHA Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred CF‑SLP placement may be available Experience working with children Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required Organizational and time management skills Proficiency in use of technology Fingerprint background clearance Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications Physical Requirements Working and playing with students requires employees to perform necessary physical movements, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to district duties.
