Client Services Executive - Strategic Resourcing - Gaming

Strategic Resourcing Services Consultant As a Strategic Resourcing Services Consultant, you drive and grow the strategic staffing business within the Central Region by leading the services sales process for assigned accounts and regions. You develop and execute the strategic resourcing business, scope new work with clients, prepare budgets and pricing, create and deliver proposals and statements of work, actively drive closure of opportunities with Services Sales Consultants and account teams, and coordinate the transition of awarded engagements from the sales phase to the service delivery phase throughout the lifetime of the placed resource. Core Responsibilities Serve as the Strategic Resourcing SME within assigned accounts, embedded with the Client Executive and account teams. Engage directly with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders (Director, VP, C‑Suite). Lead consultative conversations on workforce planning, skills gaps, delivery speed, scalability, and cost optimization. Proactively identify services and workforce opportunities not visible through traditional sales motions. Own Strategic Resourcing opportunities end‑to‑end: discovery and intake, solution and delivery model design, SOW creation and commercial modeling, extensions and expansions. Position a full portfolio of services, including contract and contract‑to‑hire, direct placement, blended and hybrid resourcing models, and workforce optimization and advisory. Develop multi‑year workforce roadmaps aligned to client initiatives and transformation programs. Design flexible delivery models balancing speed, cost, and access to specialized talent. Translate business and technical strategies into scalable resourcing solutions supported by WWT’s global ecosystem. Build and maintain hiring manager relationships and strengthen account stickiness and predictability of services revenue. Current base salary range: $100,000-140,000 + commission. Variable incentive compensation may also be available.
