Paid Vacation Positive and Professional Work Environment Responsibilities Service Advisors greet customers and complete service write up process Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed Know automobiles well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicles Maintain strong communication with technicians Requirements Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required Honda experience preferred but not required, will train new hires Must bemotivated and energetic with strong customer and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in a very busy environment.
