Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop wire harnesses for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct simulations and tests to validate wire harness performance.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports for design processes.
- Identify and resolve design issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in wire harness technology.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 5 to 10 years.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in wire harness design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automotive or aerospace wire harness applications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes related to wire harnesses.
