Responsibilities

• Assist in managing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current members.
• Conduct tours of the facility and showcase available programs.
• Support the sales team in executing promotional events and initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MMA programs and membership options.
• Collaborate with management to develop new sales techniques and strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention rates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness, martial arts, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
