Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting activities for an assigned employee population within the Northeast territory.This individual will manage approximately 100–150 requisitions and partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Responsibilities span candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer processing, hiring, and onboarding.The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiter who is comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent.Position DetailsLocation: Atlanta, GAWork Model: In-office approximately 4 days per weekEmployment Type: ContractRequisition Load: Approximately 100–150 requisitionsTerritory Supported: NortheastPreferred ATS: WorkdayKey ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingManage full-cycle recruiting activities across assigned requisitions.Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and position requirements.Develop ideal candidate profiles based on position requirements and business needs.Source, attract, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions.Review resumes to determine candidate alignment with required skills, experience, and qualifications.Conduct candidate pre-screens and provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and recommendations.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Guide hiring leaders throughout the interview and selection process.Support offer development, extension, and processing.Follow candidates through the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a positive experience.Sourcing & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentBuild robust and diverse candidate pipelines for open requisitions.Utilize creative, proactive, and data-driven sourcing strategies.Identify new recruiting channels and potential talent pools.Participate in company-wide diversity recruiting initiatives.Stay current on emerging recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.ATS & Recruiting OperationsMaintain accurate and timely candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.Ensure candidate statuses are updated throughout each stage of the recruiting lifecycle.Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and control costs.Utilize recruiting data and insights to support talent acquisition decisions.Hiring Manager & Candidate PartnershipBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and candidates.Provide consultative recruiting support throughout the hiring process.Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.Serve as a brand ambassador and promote the organization as an employer of choice.Ensure a smooth and positive recruiting experience for hiring managers and candidates.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience managing multiple requisitions throughout the recruiting lifecycle.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated experience supporting talent acquisition functions.Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.Ability to work within a corporate office environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Workday experience.SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.Experience partnering directly with business leaders and hiring managers on talent acquisition initiatives.Familiarity with emerging recruiting trends and sourcing strategies.Experience developing creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
