Job Description: The Workplace Coordinator will oversee daily office operations and help create an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This position will also provide limited executive administrative support as needed and will work closely with senior leadership to help keep office activities running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of the office. Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment. Coordinate office-related needs, supplies, resources, and general administrative activities. Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and visitors regarding office-related questions. Provide light executive administrative assistance to senior leadership when needed. Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and other administrative tasks. Support workplace initiatives and assist with special projects as assigned. Identify opportunities to improve office processes and overall efficiency. Foster a positive and collaborative office environment. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in office management, office coordination, administrative support, or a related role in the technology industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between tasks as needed. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership and team members.
