DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS PLUMBING JOB

This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling options, including Monday through Friday shifts of:

• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Weekend work is required as needed based on demand and project schedules.

In this role, you'll step into each day ready to tackle a variety of plumbing challenges-installing new systems, diagnosing issues, and performing critical repairs that keep homes running smoothly. You'll move between tasks such as conducting inspections, performing safety checks, and replacing components, all while working closely with customers and office staff to ensure seamless communication. As you manage multiple priorities, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will keep projects on track, while your collaboration with team members ensures that every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• Current Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
• Ability to use CRM software for estimating and documentation
• Ability to coordinate with office staff and customers
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly (100+ lbs with assistance)
• Ability to perform frequent physical labor
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Ability to support installation teams in customer homes
• Experience working across teams (preferred)
