Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs by evaluating mental health diagnoses and creating tailored treatment plans that address specific issues faced by clients.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each session is productive and focused on achieving positive outcomes.

• Document all sessions accurately, including ongoing diagnosis reviews, treatment plan updates, and comprehensive case notes in accordance with clinic policies and requirements.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including case managers and family members, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their personal and familial goals.

• Develop and implement educational resources to enhance client understanding of mental health issues and the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our client base is diverse, representing a wide range of backgrounds and presenting issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and substance abuse. A key aspect of your role will involve understanding and navigating the unique challenges faced by clients from various cultural perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
