Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully within the organization and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Location: MOLINE, IL

Pay Range: $17-19 per hour

What's the Job?

• Receive incoming calls from customers seeking service assistance and accurately identify them in the Remedy database.
• Dispatch elevator service technicians to building locations efficiently and accurately.
• Provide professional guidance to technicians on using communication systems when needed.
• Monitor call queues to ensure prompt response and minimize wait times for customers.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

What's Needed?

• Ability to learn computer software quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating call volumes.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and report promptly.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
