Office Services Associate

We are looking for a dependable Office Services Associate to support daily administrative and office operations for a Contract position based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering responsive service, maintaining organized workplace resources, and helping teams stay productive. The successful candidate will contribute across mail handling, copy and scanning support, supply coordination, and general office upkeep while maintaining a detail-oriented approach throughout the day.Responsibilities:• Manage incoming, outgoing, and internal mail by sorting deliveries accurately and ensuring timely distribution throughout the office.• Complete copying, scanning, and document support requests within established deadlines, and help resolve routine equipment issues involving office machines.• Prepare postage and process packages for shipment to external carriers, postal locations, or designated pickup points.• Respond to supply needs by fulfilling requests and keeping shared inventory areas properly replenished and orderly.• Maintain pantry, storage, and supply spaces by organizing materials, restocking items, and ensuring these areas remain clean and presentable.• Support meeting logistics by preparing conference rooms in advance, resetting spaces afterward, and helping oversee room usage schedules.• Conduct regular walkthroughs of the office to identify appearance, cleanliness, or maintenance concerns and coordinate service requests with building contacts or vendors as needed.• Provide additional clerical and administrative assistance to support evolving team and office priorities.
