Administrative Assistant 4

Manpower Group Inc.

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 4 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 4, you will be part of the CAP CTO Executive Office supporting high-level administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 4

Location: Redmond, WA (On-site required, 3-5 days per week)

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Provide calendar, expense, and travel support for the Vice President and executive team members

  • Manage and triage various team support requests, including computer needs, operational questions, and work stoppages

  • Assist with office moves, organizational events, morale initiatives, and training sessions

  • Partner with other administrative staff to share updates and best practices

  • Handle information requests and perform clerical functions in a hybrid work environment

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting executive or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and related business tools

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience supporting medium to large teams within the tech industry

  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and limited resources
