Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 4 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 4, you will be part of the CAP CTO Executive Office supporting high-level administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant 4
Location: Redmond, WA (On-site required, 3-5 days per week)
Pay Range:
What's the Job?
Provide calendar, expense, and travel support for the Vice President and executive team members
Manage and triage various team support requests, including computer needs, operational questions, and work stoppages
Assist with office moves, organizational events, morale initiatives, and training sessions
Partner with other administrative staff to share updates and best practices
Handle information requests and perform clerical functions in a hybrid work environment
What's Needed?
Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting executive or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and related business tools
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting medium to large teams within the tech industry
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and limited resources
