At some point, the lead/customer may transfer to a Sales Manager (and/or Customer Service Representative).Follow-up and proactively approach leads which come in via external methods (e.g., website, phone, email, social media)Independently managing small accounts assigned to drive new sales opportunitiesTrack and monitor leads/ prospects and file in CRM (Crisp); become a CRM Regional Representative.# Qualifications:Bachelor Degree or Relevant Work ExperienceRelevant post qualifying certifications (SAP, Microsoft office, Crisp CRM system)Ability to work well and prioritize in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. Act with a sense of urgency.Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office, with focus on demonstrated working knowledge of MS Excel and MS OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documentsHighly effective telesales skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding phone etiquette$65,000 USD Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
