Key Responsibilities Lead press strategy and execution for fashion accounts across ready‑to‑wear, accessories, footwear, and related categories. Secure impactful coverage across top fashion, digital, and emerging media outlets. Develop seasonal publicity plans tied to market moments, brand launches, and industry events. Oversee editor outreach, press materials, events, showroom activity, and gifting initiatives. Act as the primary client contact, providing strategic guidance, reporting, and campaign oversight. Track industry trends, media opportunities, budgets, and project timelines. Manage and mentor junior team members while contributing to integrated agency initiatives and new business efforts. Core Requirements 7+ years of fashion PR experience, ideally within an agency environment. Strong record of securing high‑level fashion media coverage. Established relationships with editors, stylists, journalists, and relevant media contacts. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong leadership, organization, and multi‑account management abilities. Deep knowledge of the fashion industry calendar and media landscape. Must be based in New York and able to work on‑site.
