As a Live Chat Support representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional assistance through our live chat platform. In this remote role, you will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for every customer you interact with. You will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs, ,and maintain accurate records of all chat interactions. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve support processes Stay informed about company products, services, and industry updates Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple chats simultaneously Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of experience in customer service, chat support, or a related field Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to type quickly and accurately while engaging in multiple conversations Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Basic proficiency with computer systems and chat software Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required Strong time management and organizational skills Preferred: Experience in the construction industry or a similar field Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools and live chat platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr ReCreate Companies
