The Application Launch Manager will participate in implementation efforts for a Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform, supporting both functional and technical delivery across multiple operational sites. This role focuses on aligning system capabilities with business requirements in a fast-paced supply chain and logistics environment.

Success in this role requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, along with hands-on Blue Yonder experience, to drive alignment across stakeholders and teams. Flexibility for remote work is available depending on location.

• Coordinate and support full lifecycle Blue Yonder WMS implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live execution
• Organize and facilitate kickoff sessions, stakeholder discussions, and ongoing project communications
• Gather and document business requirements related to Blue Yonder system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
• Assist in developing system documentation, training materials, and operational guides
• Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and support mitigation efforts to maintain delivery targets
• Contribute to stakeholder discussions regarding scope, priorities, and expected outcomes
• Support communication plans, including status updates and reporting
• Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning across project teams
• Support definition of project success criteria and alignment across stakeholders
• Assist with post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
• Support transition from implementation to production, including hypercare support
• Track project progress and provide updates to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Support testing strategies, including data validation, integrations, and system performance
• Assist with budget tracking, cost monitoring, and financial coordination
• Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience implementing Blue Yonder WMS (required)
• Experience supporting or leading end-to-end Blue Yonder implementations in a project-based environment
• Strong familiarity with WMS integrations, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and WES/WCS platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations, warehouse processes, and logistics best practices
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party partners
• Experience working in multi-site or distributed warehouse environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Travel required approximately 25%–50% , with increased onsite presence during Blue Yonder implementations and go-live periods , including occasional international travel.
