Your Experience & Credentials:

• Active Minnesota SLP License is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting (elementary, middle, or high school) is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt assessment and intervention strategies to meet a variety of student needs
• Collaborative, flexible approach working with teachers, families, and administrators

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide both individual and small group therapy sessions
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to progress reports
• Serve as a resource to classroom teachers and families, offering strategies for communication support
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support school-wide programs for speech and language development
