EveryMind está contratando un Especialista en Desviación para unirse a nuestro equipo de Servicios de Apoyo a Personas Sin Hogar y Vivienda. Este rol es responsable de proporcionar compromiso, evaluación, resolución de conflictos y servicios de desviación a individuos asignados y hogares familiares adultos en el Condado de Montgomery, Maryland, que están en riesgo de perder su vivienda o sin hogar. Responsabilidades Proporcionar compromiso, evaluación, resolución de conflictos y servicios de desviación a individuos y hogares en riesgo. Ayudar a las personas a acceder a recursos como donaciones de alimentos, refugios, vivienda, derechos financieros y atención médica. Coordinar apoyo y atención de salud mental, proporcionar transporte a citas y mantener registros de clientes. Desarrollar planes de caso, monitorear el progreso y reevaluar las necesidades del cliente. Calificaciones y Habilidades Experiencia con Microsoft Office, sistemas electrónicos de salud y entrada de datos precisa. Bilingüe en español preferido. Habilidad para interactuar y trabajar de manera colaborativa con clientes, miembros de la comunidad y proveedores. Comunicación clara, confiable y sensible con confidencialidad. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno flexible y con movilidad. Demandas físicas y emocionales El empleado debe estar frecuentemente de pie, caminar, sentarse, usar las manos, subir escaleras, equilibrarse, arrodillarse, agacharse y hablar. Es capaz de levantar y mover hasta 35 libras con frecuencia. Se requiere visión cercana y a distancia. Se pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para personas con discapacidades. Requisitos de autorización Verificación de antecedentes criminales, verificación de abuso sexual infantil y otras actividades criminales, verificación de crédito. Deberá estar libre de drogas ilegales y abuso de alcohol. Licencia de conducir válida, vehículo confiable y seguro de automóvil son obligatorios. Condiciones de trabajo Horario de 8:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., lunes a viernes. Disponibilidad para turnos de Servicios de Intake Central y Desviación. Oficina principal en Rockville, Maryland.
