Sales Representative

The National Lime and Stone Company, a multi-plant natural resource company, has an opening for an experienced salesperson that will manage the overall sales and marketing of aggregate products for an assigned area. This position will report to the corporate office and will work in the Findlay Ohio sales territory and have an office in our Findlay plant. The successful person must be result and customer oriented, assertive, resourceful, well-organized, self-starter, problem solver, a team player and have great verbal and written communication skills. This person will display a strong focus on profitability, market growth, and partnering with customers. This successful individual will have the following background and attributes: Responsibilities and Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree required 3-5 years of experience in construction sales preferred but not required Develop sales budgets and pricing strategies Work closely with logistics personnel for material deliveries Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers and local governmental agencies. Understand needs and offer excellent customer service Identify and develop new customers Teamwork with operations personnel to understand product availability and achieve profit objectives Become familiar with products, applications and specifications, and work with National Lime and Stone and independent testing labs to monitor product quality Gather market information and evaluate competitor pricing, quality, and services offered Benefits The company has a comprehensive benefits package including a company vehicle, cell phone, wellness-based health plan, company contributions to 401(k) plan and compensation commensurate with experience and skills of successful candidate.
