Chick-fil-A Dining Room Assistant

As a dining room assistant at Chick-fil-A, you are the face of hospitality in our front of house area. You will ensure that our guests have a clean, welcoming, and positive dining experience by maintaining the dining room, interacting with guests, and supporting the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met
• Maintain the dining room, restrooms, and beverage stations clean and stocked
• Proactively clean and disinfect tables, chairs, and high-contact areas
• Assist guests with condiments, trays, high chairs, or other requests
• Remove trash and ensure the dining room is clean at all times
• Supervise restroom cleaning and replenish supplies as needed
• Engage guests in conversation and provide a friendly and helpful attitude
• Support other team members with necessary tasks
• Maintain Chick-fil-As high standards of customer service and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
