Your Role as Senior Project Manager:

This senior leadership position focuses on the education division , managing complex commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee multiple Project Managers, provide technical and strategic direction, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery. This is both a hands-on and client-facing role that involves business development and mentoring team members.

• Manage all aspects of education-sector projects including schedule, cost, quality, safety, and contract compliance

• Oversee and support Project Managers and field teams on active projects

• Serve as the key liaison with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Attend and lead client meetings, prepare project status updates, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

• Handle permit coordination, bid reviews, RFIs, submittals, and contract negotiations

• Review and analyze project documents, AIA billing, budgets, and schedules

• Identify and mitigate risk while driving projects to completion

• Represent the company in presentations and client pitches

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably with K-12 or higher education projects

• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage complex schedules and budgets

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, plans, specs, and AIA documentation

• Comfortable with electronic reporting and modern construction software

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

• Experience with Procore and Timberline is a plus

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or similar preferred (not required)

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – no current or future visa sponsorship available
