Job Title: Partner/Senior Counsel
Job Location: Remote (California)
Duration: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a full caseload from initial client intake through trial and post-trial proceedings.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies for complex civil matters.
- Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Represent clients at trial and effectively advocate in court.
- Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction(s).
- 10+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Demonstrated experience handling real estate, construction, and/OR landlord-tenant litigation.
- Proven ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial.
- Trial experience and strong courtroom advocacy skills are required.
- Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
