Electrical Maintenance Planner Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The planner will act as liaison between production, engineering and maintenance. Additional responsibilities include data entry, maintaining records and documentation, and ordering supplies to support the production and maintenance departments. Basic Qualifications High school education or GED. 3+ years of planning and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and planning skills. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Highly motivated with a collaborative approach at all levels of the organization. Extensive working knowledge of Oracle eAM or equivalent. Ability to effectively manage conflict resolution. Strong computer skills, including maintenance software, and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
