Commercial Property Manager

We're looking for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 12 small commercial buildings, each leased to a single government tenant. This is a relationship-driven role focused on keeping tenants satisfied, buildings running smoothly, and vendors accountable — not a financial analysis or capital projects position. If you're a strong communicator who builds trust easily with tenants and vendors alike, and you carry yourself professionally in front of government stakeholders, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of 12 small commercial buildings, one tenant per building Serve as the primary point of contact for the building and the tenant relationship Coordinate with facilities teams and vendors (HVAC, roofing, and other trades) to keep buildings operating smoothly Build and maintain effective vendor relationships remotely — primarily over phone and Microsoft Teams Ensure vendors are responsive, accountable, and meeting service expectations Act as the steady, dependable presence tenants can count on This is a straightforward, people-first PM role: keep the tenant happy, keep the buildings running, keep the vendors accountable. What You Bring 4+ years of commercial property management experience (any background in commercial PM is welcome) A natural relationship builder — comfortable holding real conversations with tenants and vendors, including remotely A polished, professional presence — you represent the company in front of government tenants, and presentation matters Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and vendor relationships at once Comfortable coordinating primarily by phone and Teams rather than in person with vendors
