What You Will Do
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with leadership to define hiring strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Implement innovative recruiting techniques to engage passive candidates and diversify talent pools.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve overall hiring efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in logistics, AI, or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions in fast-paced settings.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
