Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking stress reduction and enhanced quality of life.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' stressors, challenges, and treatment goals, tailoring mindfulness strategies to individual needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathwork to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building, creating an interactive learning environment.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into personalized therapy sessions addressing clients' specific mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to develop an integrated treatment approach for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing mindfulness techniques within a therapeutic context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
