Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families using various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic practices.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, coordinated care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Engage in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

• Regularly document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
