Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Ashburn, VA
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide exceptional dry van routes with incredible mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and enjoy consistent earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.
- 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rates of $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35 with opportunities for dedicated drivers to cover up to 3,000 miles per week.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits:
