As a Dining Services Manager with ISH Dining Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality dining experience for our residents. About the Role:

As a Dining Services Manager, you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dining services department, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.

• Develop and implement innovative menu plans, ensuring a diverse and nutritious selection of meals for our residents.

• Lead and mentor a team of cooks, servers, and support staff to ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and efficiency.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation in the kitchen and dining areas.

• Collaborate with the Nutrition and Dietary team to ensure accurate and timely meal preparation and delivery.

• Analyze and report on department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a food service management role or related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in food safety and sanitation practices , with a strong understanding of nutrition and dietetics principles.
