Talent Acquisition Partner (Insurance)

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to cover claims and actuary roles for one of our clients who are a fast-growing insurance tech company in the United States. This role will involve a mixed shift pattern of 2 days UK hours, and 3 days US hours (EST). About us... Since 2020, we have been scaling teams for the likes of Microsoft, Mailchimp, Google, Quizlet, & Fortinet, to name a few, and are seeking an awesome TA to jump back into a super recruiting hot seat. Talent Partner Well you don’t really hear this in recruitment, but we don’t like following rules so we’re going for it! The role itself Embedded within a client account, representing the client brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter Managing pipeline, scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations (the recruiter bit) LinkedIn searching and networking as per required Liaising with client-side external stakeholders Working alongside bubb's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients!
