Production Supervisor / Smart Cabinetry

Production Supervisor – Smart Cabinetry (Smart Cabinetry / Cabinetworks Group) – New Paris, Indiana. Responsible for managing all aspects of shop floor operations across one or more departments and multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Develop and manage a culture of discipline to consistently deliver superior safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance through continuous improvement Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance Check production output according to specifications Submit reports on performance and progress Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Report to assistant plant manager Perform all other duties assigned Qualifications and Skills College degree not required with the right candidate Experience using various manufacturing machinery and tools (FAB knowledge) Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Organizational and leadership abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach Problem‑solving skills Lean 5S knowledge / Lean Six Sigma Automation process implementation experience Safety / OSHA Root Cause Analysis Lean Manufacturing Process Improvement Value Stream Mapping Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short‑term & Long‑term Disability Accident & Critical Illness (coverage starts the 1st of the month following hire) 401K with company match – 50% up to 7% maximum Shift: Full or Part Time Full‑time employment Equal Employment Opportunity Cabinetworks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
