Overview of the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator Role:

Assist in preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
Verify timecards, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Update changes related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and benefits.
Generate payroll reports for HR and Finance teams.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ad hoc payroll projects

Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of payroll processing experience.
Hands on experience using ADP Workforce highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Reliable follow-through and commitment to accuracy.
