Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that prioritize emotional well-being, integrating educational goals with mental health strategies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of educators, including speech and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care and support.

• Providing crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor.

• Educating students and families about mental health conditions and connecting them to necessary resources.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating actively in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to case conferences aimed at improving student care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical or educational setting, preferred.

• Proficient in conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience in individual and group therapy across a range of therapeutic approaches.
