Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans that empower clients on their journey to improved mental health.

• Implement and facilitate a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each client receives the most effective care suitable to their unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, to ensure professionalism and protect client privacy.

• Collaborate with peers and specialists, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create comprehensive care plans and provide holistic treatment that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continuously refine therapeutic techniques and enhance the quality of care we provide.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Everbright Mind Care Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds and with varied mental health needs. Our clients often face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals identify their strengths and develop coping strategies to navigate their personal struggles successfully.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Experience in applying solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques to personalize treatment plans effectively for clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that contribute to building effective therapeutic relationships with clients and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually for this full-time position.
