Accounts Receivable Manager | Tampa, FL | Direct Hire | $80,000–$120,000 Our client, a multi-entity organization based in Tampa, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to own the full AR function. From Cash application, billing, credit, and collections, while leading AR process transformation and mentoring the team. What You'll Own: Full AR aging, DSO forecasting, and cash collection reporting Credit policy, credit limits, and collections strategy Assist with customer billing Customer master data governance and related controls to support accurate billing and reporting Leadership and coaching of an AR Specialist Cross-functional partnership with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve collections What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of AR experience; credit/collections background preferred 3+ years supervisory or team-lead experience Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience strongly preferred Experience supporting ERP/system implementations, upgrades, or automation projects Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with proven cross-functional leadership Compensation: $80,000–$120,000, based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
